SHIPPING POLICY

Most Chop Shop 513 products are made to order. Production generally takes 2–7 business days before an order ships. Production may take longer during holidays, high-volume periods, or when an item needs to be reprinted for quality reasons.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery time depends on the product, print provider, destination, and shipping method shown at checkout. Standard U.S. shipping commonly takes an additional 2–5 business days after production. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

TRACKING

When tracking is available, it will be sent after the order ships. Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and may have separate tracking numbers.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us through the store Contact page as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has entered production or shipped, an address change may not be possible and replacement charges may apply.

DELAYS OR DELIVERY PROBLEMS

If tracking has not updated or an order appears delayed, contact us through the store Contact page with your order number so we can investigate.
