RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Most products from Chop Shop 513 are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was ordered, or for a change of mind. Please review product details and size charts carefully before ordering.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, MISPRINTED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us through the store Contact page within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a clear photo showing the problem. After review, an eligible order will receive a replacement or refund. A damaged item does not need to be returned unless we specifically request it.

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Once an order has entered production, it generally cannot be changed or canceled.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. The time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
